Our program is set up for volunteers to assist the dance host with opening and/or closing duties and managing the door for a minimum of one dance during the evening. You may choose one of the following 3 options:

#1 - OPEN and CLOSE

*arrive at RFL by 5:15 to assist with the following:
*help host open (details provided by host)
*help host take admission the first dance (possibly the 2nd dance depending on how hectic it is)
*help host close (details provided by host)
*prefer volunteer to sign up ahead of time, but will take a walk-in by 5:15 if needed
**free admission that night + one (1) ticket for free dance at RFL at a future date

#2 - OPEN ONLY

*arrive at RFL by 5:15 to assist with the following:
*help host open (details provided by host)
*help host take admission the first dance that night
*prefer volunteer to sign up ahead of time, but will take a walk-in by 5:15 if needed
**free admission that night only

#3 - CLOSE ONLY

*arrive at RFL during first half of evening to assist with the following:
*help host take admission the second dance that night (or another dance before the break as agreed upon w/ the host)
*help host with closing (details provided by host)
*prefer volunteer to sign up, but will take a walk-in if needed
**free admission that night only

SIGN UP

We have a sign up spreadsheet on google with which you can choose the dances at which you would like to help. Sign up instructions will be given if you decide this is something you want to do. You can volunteer for as many dances as you'd like. However, we do ask that you only sign up for dates that you know you will honor the commitment to volunteer.
